Hi Ian, Firstly can I just thank you. Having had

printed in my local press, which a lead from a
hospice in my local area contacted me regarding
the training of there staff in self defence.
This is just to let you know I gave the hospice
directors a free taster session and they were
very impressed. So much so they have booked 10
staff onto the first course with the possibility
of 20 more staff to follow.
