My name is Angela and I have known Ian as a Tutor, instructor and friend for 18 years now.
I started off learning PowerChiYoga with him which is a stunning fusion of Tai Chi and Yoga. This wonderful blend helped improve my balance, coordination, breathing, suppleness, calmness, mindfulness, and health.
I truly loved it.
I later decided I would like to take the instructor course in Tai Chi.
This course is easy to follow, teaches the importance of correct movement, balance and breathing also.
It calms nerves, mind and body.
My partner has Cancer and we do our Tai Chi together as the slow gentle movements and calming effect has been very effective for reducing his stress and helping to keep his lymphatic system flowing.
I cannot thank Ian enough for the help and encouragement he has shown to me over the years.
